According to Jefferson Capital Systems I owe First North America Bank 981.92. I have never heard of either place and this is back in Aug 29th. I have no clue what to do anymore. I have tried to talk to Jefferson Capital Systems about this false debt and all they want to do is get me to sell my soul for another credit card.
Now it has gone on to a collection agency and I am getting threatened with action. Either someone used my identity or this is just a plain old-fashion scam.
It there something I can do or do I have to pay it and let them get away with falsify a debt?
