Exemplarphones.com Paid for phone, received nothing, no response from seller, money gone

I bought Nokia N97 mobile phone through this seller's website, paid by pall at 21 Nov. So far I haven't received either phone and they are not replying to my emails. Also reported to paypal customer service, but they're not helping either.

In short, 519 USD gone, and no feedback at all. Only thing I have left is paypal charge of 519$.
