This seller offers PayPal. This is PayPals info:

I never received any response to my emails requesting confirmation #, shipping info, tracking number for my purchase. I opened a claim with PayPal and they closed it when they received a "confirmation of delivery" notice from the seller. I never received that either.
PayPal would not reopen the claim. I called the credit card I have linked to PayPal and they opened a claim and will refund my money.
So, Does PayPal really protect their members???
