On 3/26 I ordered a pair of shoes, paid using PayPal. Money was deducted from my account immediately. Received an emailed receipt with a link to a "detailed invoice" which did not say anything about how/when the item would ship. Seller did not respond to emails. On 4/13 I filed a claim with PayPal. On 4/19 PayPal replied that "the seller has provided proof of shipment indicating that the items was shipped to you... We cannot reverse this transaction or issue a refund. We encourage you to continue to work directly with the seller..." Great suggestion but the Seller does not respond to email. Disappointing response. Can I escalate this further with PayPal?
