I bought some soap from village boutique on ebay. After two weeks I had not received the soap. I sent an email inquiring about the status of the order, requesting a tracking number. I received no response. After one week I sent another email telling Colleen that if she didn't respond, i would file a claim with paypal. Still no response. I filed a claim with paypal after four weeks without receiving the product or any communication from the seller. Paypal refunded my money when colleen refused to communicate with them. I left negative feedback on ebay stating that "paypal had refunded my money, seller took my money, did not ship and did not respond to emails". Within 6 hours she had responded by leaving me negative feedback saying she had sent me emails saying the product was held up in customs and that she, not paypal had refunded my money. She is a liar and a cheat. Beware.
