On October 12th I purchased a DVD SET for $35.00 from this seller, On October 13th, I sent the payment via PAYPAL to the seller. AS of Today Nov 30th, I have NOT received the DVD and the seller will NOT respond to emails, or refund MY MONEY, I filed a Claim with PAYPAL, but they claim the seller does not have the funds available for me to get MY Money back. PAYPAL also claims that this seller is not enrolled in the PAYPAL buyer protection plan, so a refund is not guaranteed.
However on PAYPAL's web site they claim the following:
(PayPal's antifraud technology is a leader in the industry. We use state-of-the-art technology to prevent fraud, and our expert staff monitors transactions 24/7, enabling you to pay safely.) I also tried to file a claim with EBAY.
BUT Because I paid through PAYPAL, they just keep referring me back to PAYPAL. I am out the dvd set and the money.
