I bought something off of ebay and used paypal to pay for it. Unfortunately the seller never sent and I contacted the seller three times and never got the product I paid for.
The seller even admitted to not sending me the product and kept saying she would send it. It has been over 2 months and I have not received the product I paid for.
Paypal claims they protect buyers up to a $1000 so I filed a dispute and they were supposed to investigate and come up with a resolution. They never did.
