I bought some goods from a seller who uses Paypal as a payment method, and was sent something totally different and of a very cheap quality. I went to the Paypal resolution center, which is why I use them, so that they can resolve any disputes with sellers if I am scamed, and they said I should communicate with the seller. I tried communicationg with the seller, but received no response. I then escalated the case with paypal, demanding for a refund, so that I can send the fake goods back to the seller. Paypal closed the case without any investigation, and said they were not going to refund me. I have been robbed by this seller, and Paypal is condoning it. I would like you to please address this issue. I have supporting documents.
