On September 5 I bought on E-bay, Buy it now, 4 items, Dermalogicia, from Seller Jule 143, Paid instantly, she left feedback positive instantly, I paid insurance of $6.20 to insure, I live in rural area, mailbox is not visible from my house or anyones house, The mail carrier left on mailbox, they say, when I got home It was not on mailbox, when I checked for delivery confirmation, I called Rural Post Office, they thought they had put on my box, did NOT have me to sign, said no insurance. I checked on Paypal, and they said she did not insure!
But E-Bay or PayPal are not going to help me with seller, said they only go by delivery confirmation and the post office left somewhere out where you live!
This is outrageous! I never got, I insured so I would have to sign for, and seller didn't insure.
This seller pulled all items from her website, is not selling under this name now.
You would think that Paypal would take care of since I paid for insurance, Paypal said I should file a claim with the post office, HA HA that is not who I paid the insurance to, it was the seller, she did not insure, Bad deal.
E-bay and Paypal are now a joke I will never buy from or through Paypal again.
Everyone should watch E-Bay and Paypal as to how they handled this!
