I have been working on a home modification through the Making Home Affordable program with Bank of America. I can honestly say I've never had worse costomer service. I have often found that I know more about the program than some of the BOA employees I've talked to. I've been working on this since January and been declined 3 times even though both I and the HUD approved counselor I met with know that I qualify. The service has been so poor that I have actually come to believe that they are purposefully not wanting to cooperate with the Making Home Affordable program. I have to talk to a different person every time I call and most seem to not care less about helping me. My experience is overwhelmingly negative!
