Item was to be 19.95 for 2 cat boards but was charged 29.95 and was charged exorbatant shipping charges of 15.90 when shipping was t0 be 7.95

Product is advertized on TV for $19.95 plus shipping and handling for 2 catboards it is buy one get one free. When you call on the phone they talk you into spending $10.00 more for bigger stronger catboards but they are the same boards advertized for $19.95 for 2. The shipping is $7.95 but they also charge you shipping for the so called free board making it $15.90 that they charge you for shipping.
