This I agreed to, however, I was charged 51.80 and then I got a package and all three items were in it together. I paid three separeate shipping and handling charges for three items that came together in one box which does not seem right to me so I sent and email and was told The following...
Your order was for 1 Fix It Kit at $19.95 plus $9.95 shipping and handling. You also ordered 1 vac and 1 liquid diamond car wax. These items are free but the vac has a $12.95 shipping and handling charge and the wax has a $7.95 shipping and handling charge.
Every item that we sell has a shipping and handling charge for it. This does not mean that they are shipped in a different box. Some of the items we offer are free but you only pay the shipping and handling charge.
Can they do things like that to consumers? I might not be the sharpest knife in the kitchen but this does not seem right to me, is there anything that can be done?
