Received my order in a timely fashion. No paperwork!!! That should have been a red flag. Received my credit card statement. Whoa!!! I was charged $106.65 for what??? 19.99 for cat boards (BOGO) plus 7.95 shipping and additonal 7.95 for Free? BOGO plus replacement boards does not equal $106.65.
I will get in contact with company as soon as they open on Jan, 4 as my cat is older and not interested in product AND the overcharging as I am returning them. Will find out how to report them to authorities for overcharging.
