My husband purchased a 2 person Sauna from Heath Star February. After we received the Sauna, the C.D. Radio would drift between channels. My husband called, numerous times. He was told, "Wait awhile longer, until it settles in".in February it still had not settled un. I called, and was told to look up prices at WalMart then I was hung up on. This company is argumentative and rude. I can not get a pert replaced, even while under warranty.
