On 6/13, i took my laptop to best buy to have a cracked monitor fixed. It was covered under the 3 year no matter wtf happens plan i purchased with the laptop at best buy. They said it would be two weeks before i got it back.
On 6/29, i get a call from best buy saying that my laptop was ready to to be picked up. I show up at the best buy to get my laptop. It took the guy 40 minutes to find my laptop. 40 god d* minutes! When he handed it to me, i hit the power button. NO POWER! I was like, wtf is this?!?! The tech guy grabbed a plug from another computer and plugged in my laptop saying the battery must have died. After a couple minutes, the power light came on, and it started to boot up. After about 3 minutes, a screen came up that said, operating system can not be found!!!
After another 30 minutes or so of bitching/yelling/screaming, they told me to leave the store or they were going to call the police. I have a traffic ticket warrant so i had to bail... Lol.
Now, best buy has my laptop and refuses to let me in the store to get it. Wtf can i do?
