I ordered some items for Halloween. I have orderd from Lillian Vernon years ago & have been very happy with what I ordered. I have never used the internet, but I thought I might as well give it a try. What a mistake. On the day that they took out for what I ordered they also took out $1.95. The I got on the website for my credit Union and there was another charge of $14.95. When I called the lady at Lillian Vernon I was told" that this was a practice of On Core Marketing." She said that Lillian Vernon could do nothing about this. I was appaled. How dare they!!! This needs to STOP.
