The missing comforte

I dropped my comforter off on sep 9 to be cleaned, but came back to pick it up almost 3 weeks later. However, it wasn't there. There was a white down comforter there, but there was no tag on it, there was a tag on it that had a hand written number, but that number didn't match the number on my receipt. The comforter also had a huge orange stain on it that was NOT there upon dropping it off to be cleaned. The employee of the store (Travis) said he would call around to other stores in the area to see if it was dropped off somewhere else by accident. About a week later, I hadn't been contacted yet, so I called back to check on the progess of the situation. Nothing had been done. The next day another employee called me (his name is Angel) and he informed me that my account saying that I dropped my comforter off to be cleaned was deleted and so the computers showed no sign of me even dropping of a comforter. Basically, they accused me of fraud. I continuously called to check on the status of my comforter throughout october and still no sign of it or anything being done. Today is November 22. I finally got the pleasure (sarcastic) of speaking with Derba about 3 weeks ago and she said she had no idea this was going on and that it would be taken care of by the end of the week. That was a lie. I called back a week later and talked to her again and she said she needed to talk to an accountant to see how much she would be able to reimburse me with and she told me she would call back in a few minutes. About 2 hours later, I still had no phone call from her, so I called back. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me that she hadn't done anything yet and needed more time. MORE TIME? She's had 2 months! The next day someone named Kurt called me. This was the first I had spoken to someone named Kurt. Apparently he handles the claims and complaints with this company. He once again reassured me that by the end of the week this would be taken care of. Well, the week passed and still no comforter or money. Yesterday, I called back and talked to Derba again and she said that she would be sending me a check of $200 with the driver that afternoon to be delivered to my apartment. I waited home all day and no check. Today I get a phone call from Scott Mills who apparently also goes by the name "Kurt" and said that my comforter was at the store and my name was on it and that he could drop it off for me. I told him that I wanted to come look at it before he dropped it off to make sure it was mine. He refused and said that it was mine and that we are done here. I went to look at the comforter anyway and it was the same comforter that I looked at the very first day with the stain on it. They said I can either take this comforter or leave empty handed. They are refusing to pay for it.
