We were charged several times by Lillian Vernon Rewards. These charges were NOT authorized! In fact, we are not sure how they started.
We appreciated the advice posted here. We will try and get our money back using these methods. I can't believe a company like Lillian Vernon could allow this to happen. I'm sure if they were not connected there would be all sorts of lawsuits and news stories.
I'm going to have to contact all my friends and family and make them aware of this scam! What a shame. I use to enjoy my products from Lillian Vernon. Now I will NEVER shop with them again!!
