It took almost two months to repair my dish washer. The first service tech didn't have a clue and asked for the operator's manual after being at the house for about 30 minutes. He also ordered the wrong parts.
From there on it only got worse. The Quality control of parts is need of help. Twice, defective parts were sent.
Customer service issues and policies at the call center needs to be reviewed.
It takes about 10 minutes on hold to get to a live person after entering the requested info through the voice activated system, only to be asked the same questions that were already entered.
Once an appointment is made, a follow up confirming call is placed the night before.
Then the service tech calls to confirm the appointment just before arrival. If you don't answer, they don't show up.
In my case the service tech according the supervisor dialed the house phone number three times. When I questioned why he didn't call the cell number as requested, she mentioned he didn't have access to the notes. The house phone never rang.
