Payment on my Verizon bill

I tried calling ESBIis 800-number (800-570-0269) to request they withhold their cost of $14.95 from my Verizon telephone bill. Used to do not approve this cost and that I don't understand what the cost is for on my statement.

Their 800-number usually rings active.

Please ask them to quit incorporating this price to my telephone bill. Verizon must quit providing ESBI agreement, plus they must CREDIT my statement $14.95.
