For the last three months, I have been charged for services that I did not request. I am being charged for these services on my Verizon phone bill $12.95 per month. When I contacted Verizon, I was told to call ESBI. ESBE then told me to call Verizon. I was then put on a conference call between Verizon and ESBI. The name of the person that I spoke to from ESBI was Krystal. After disputing the charges, I was given a BOGUS email address ([email protected]) and a confirmation number to submit. That is how I found complaint website.
