According to the law you must know your entering into a contract for the contract to be valid, hence this is fraud.
I was a responsible consumer and read the terms and conditions for a refund. I did not agree to any monthy charges or agree to join any type of fitness group in any shape or concocked form.
When I called a few days later for a refund, they refused. I explained to David who identified himself as a supervisor, that the terms where not specific and the price was ambigious. I went on to say that they had exclusive control of both the product and the web site. He asked me what I wanted... A refund was my answer!
They gave me a RM to return the product but I doubt they will issue a refund. Had to close my accounts to prevent further access. Will contact FTC and BBB for more results...
