Complaint / review text:
I have been billed for ESBI on my Verizon Bill since last Oct. I made repeated calls to Verizon, notifing them that these were unauthorized by me. The said to call the company. They gave me a number and I made 5 attempts to contact them. The ansered only once. I was treated very indignantly, with no result.
Now Verizon is billing me for not paying that part of my bill, Which says ESBI. They have threatened to disconnect me for not paying the deliquent amount. I have paid Verizon there portion of the bill. I have not been diliquent on any Verizon payment. I refuse to pay ESBI.
It seems Verizon doesn't care about correcting the problem. They just added another charge this month called My Info Guard. What is going on Here? Help Is there someone who can stop this scam.
