Rocket Communications need to be stopped. They are fraudulently billing for services through ESBI on Verizon telephone bills. Verizon will not help. ESBI transfers you to Rocket, and they do not refund money. I was told some "Jillian Long" signed up for services on MY phone number back on May 23. I am being billed, and she is using the services... Supposedly. What a scam!!! Verizon and ESBI need to stop contributing towards these scams. If anyone else has this issue, please file a FCC complaint. It can be done via internet, or in writing. FCC phone number is 888-225-5332.
