I have been fighting with TWC for the past 7 months to get my service working properly. After 7 months I felt like I had no other choice then to file a complaint with the BBB. A few days after I filed the complaint I receive a letter stating that because I am unhappy with TWc they are disconnecting my service. I feel as if they decided to retaliate against me only because I was forced by them to go to the BBB. PLease stay away from this company if at all possible. THey have no tech support, the customer service horrible, and their services never seem to work. I have had to deal with them degrading my services when I view competitors websites, they cripple my internet when ever i watch online videos, ALL HD CHANNELS are pixelated, I can't dial out from my phone on the first try, and people calling me sometimes get a recording stating my phone is disconnected.instead of correcting these issues TWC has decided that they must force me to go elsewhere. TWC need to listen to their customers and take care of problems instead of retaliating against them when they demand the services they are paying for.
