Time Warner Cable service is quite inferior and I would not recommend it. I have breakage in quality of picture in my television cable channels each day. I've tried to contact the company, but it is also impossible to speak with a manager versus automated services and/or clerical staff that claim to not be able to help. This company's services are very expensive as I am recently locating from Washington DC where my Internet, cable and telephone service was Verizon and incomparable in terms of quality and cost of cable service. If available, always select another company other than Time Warner for these services. It seems to be a monopoly in many areas of Charlotte, NC, but fight for other competitive services. It is worth your while!!
