My name is Patricia Thomas. I had worked at family dollar store number 6454 in bullhead city arizona and i have a few compliants. Firsty off i work like to say that my manager favors the other employees than me he treated me like shit. He yelled at me all the time for stuff i didnt do or did do. He makes sexual comments to the other cashier she dont feel threaten but customers have heard it and said he needs to be fired i agree i had talked to the district manager about it and the main office and they choose not to do anything still all she did was talk to him about it i think he should get fired he knows better to sit and talk like that. Then on janauary 1st i had put in my month notice that the 31st of jan. Would be my last day he ed had agreed to it made me write a note on why i was leaving and then we both signed it then on the 7th i went to work it was all good he calls me around 9 right when we closed and said that tonight was my last night and i asked him why we had an agreement on the 31st and he said because i said so. Now that i consider being fired he didn't give me a reason. Its not just me either the other assistant managers don't like the way he treats them or talks the way he does can you guys please help nobody wants to do anything about it and im getting mad. Because he needs to get fired or something because what he does is not right.
