Time Warner Cable has caused a major outage of Cable TV services due to their negligence while doing a supposed "update" in the area. This outage is prolonged, and TWC is (1) NOT informing customers of the outage, but rather reporting that "it has been resolved, " while in reality service has NOT been restored, and (2) is engaged in a massive breach of contract, by having caused and then NOT mitigating the service outage.
TWC customer service has been contacted, and due to TWC negligence that caused the outage, the TWC CS is saying that "an appointment for a technician to come out to your location" must be made! However, due to the enormity of the problems, again caused directly by TWC itself, there is an unreasonably long wait time for such an appointment — from 5-7 days!!!
I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of California, stating that I have entered into an agreement with Time Warner Cable to provide a full "package of services, " and that Time Warner Cable has violated this agreement, a breach of contract. Furthermore, I have requested that I shall be charged NOTHING what-so-ever for each and every day that the package of services for which I have contracted, are NOT provided IN IT'S ENTIRETY!
Furthermore, I have called upon the Attorney General of the State of California to immediately investigate Time Warner Cable, being a virtual monopoly in most of the city of Los Angeles, as to it's negligence in causing a denial of contracted services, not informing customers about the continued outage, nor of any plan to immediately mitigate the disruption in services.
