I am being forced to cancel service due to the fact I demand that I get the services I pay for. My digital cable doesn't have clear HD channels. I am prevented from watching any online videos because it seeming undermines TWC television services, and my phone is still having the same issues of having to repeatedly dial numbers to make a call and sometimes people are prevented from calling me. If I am in fact going to forced to take my business elsewhere I deserve a proper explanation as to way I have been having these issues.
