Time Warner Cable customer service is awful. - Time Warner Cable internet, phone, and cable TV

I wasn%u2019t inclined to write a review but after my experience with TWC today I just had to vent. I almost canceled my TWC service today. After 3 hours of being on the phone, talking to God knows how many people and becoming frustrated beyond belief, I finally was able to speak to a logical person who at least tried to resolve my service issues in a reasonable manner. I still wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome but because TWC has the monopoly on cable and internet services in my area I relented for now. I consider myself a good consumer. I order services then I pay for services and I pay on time. I expect the same courtesy in return and I expect to get what I pay for and I also expect for a company like Time Warner Cable to honor their commitments to its customers. Why can't a company as big as TWC appreciate that I am a valued customer? Why are some of the people who work for TWC not trained properly? And why must the consumer always be the one to pay for these mistakes? In this economic crisis it isn%u2019t smart to infuriate and treat your customers poorly. They will find a way to punish you. I am already looking into ways I can drop TWC and give my business to others. I will not stop until I find a viable solution. I refuse to continue to pay a company with my hard earned money that simply doesn%u2019t give a damn about its customers.
