Time Warner Cable is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am paying over $100 per month for digital cable and roadrunner turbo internet. The majority of the time I cannot watch the channels that I am paying for because of a lack of signal or bad pixelation. My internet is no faster and my email is actual slower. When I contact Time Warner customer service I am told that their system shows that I am receiving a signal and there is nothing they can do. When I can get someone to come and check the cable connections I have to wait almost a week. Time Warner Cable is unwilling to adjust my account for the channels that I cannot watch (and there are many of them) so why am I paying for cable television and efficient internet services which I am not getting?
