I have been on the phone with Best Buy for over 10 hours now. The latest which is what prompted me to create this report is that I have a confirmed receipt for a 52 inch LCD HDTV. I was told to pick it up from the store only to later find that it was not available. They also were unable to send it to my home.
Following multiple calls with supervisors who simply told me that they were not able to do anything for me they cancel my order without me even requesting for them to do so.
I am thoroughly livid that they were not even willing to work with my case and simply cancel a confirmed order that I had. I would recommend for no one to work with Best buy.com as they are actually a call center with no authority or connection with Best Buy in regards to handling prices or any major issues regarding Best Buy's consumers. I have been blatantly slapped in the face by Best Buy.
