"I ordered five books, each at $1 a piece. When proceeded to checked out my total was $5, I confirmed my order of $5 then was sent an email stating my total was $12.95.
This ridiculous website says nothing about charging shipping or any shipping charged until after you have already confirmed an order.
I emailed them complaining about this and here is there response. "Unfortunately we are unable to warn our customers of early shipping or halt shipping upon request."
Thats it, so much for customer service. If only want to know that you are being charged shipping after you've confirmed an order, this is the company for you. But if you're like me and assume when you confirm an order the confirmed price you are agreeing is what you are being charged, shop somewhere else."
