This company has designed their website and customer support systems to frustrate customers who want to cancel orders.
Web site says 19.99 plus 7.95 P&H. But opt to pay additional 7.95 P&H to get second package free! But when you opt out you still get charged for the added P&H!!!

Unlike reputable websites, this site asks for your credit card info BEFORE you see a grand total for your order including P&H and taxes.
Only after you get the the "order confirmed" page do you see the totals. That's when I saw the double P&H.
The "confirmed" page has no contact or support link info. Also a cookie has been put in place to prevent you from going back to their home page to get contact info. Even if you type their main address again the cookie intercepts and shows only your "confirmed page".

So I went to another computer to get the 800 number. I called customer service to cancel the order but was told it was "too soon" after placing the order for them to see it on the system. (Ever hear of any online system that wasn't online with live data?) I was asked to call back in the morning to cancel.
I called back in morning to be told: "sorry order is already in the warehouse. I can't cancel it anymore." This from a company that promises on 4-6 week delivery?
Called credit card company to cancel payment.
