I bought a Kenmore elite in October.in November It stopped draining and had to be repaired. I bought a service agreement with them for $200 for one year of repairs.in Juanuary 2008 the machine stopped working. I called for service and the first service appointment was scheduled for 4 days later. When the service person arrived he said I needed a new pump which he would order and it would be delivered to me and then I would have to schedule another appointment to have it installed. He also left the washer leaning back and said that I would have to remove the water from the tub before he would install the new pump. The pumped arrived 8 days later. The next service appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, 3 days later between 8am and 12 noon. At 12:30 they called to say they would not be able to come today and that they would reschedule for Monday of next week. This is not service this is abuse.
