Appointment scheduled - Kenmore Elite Washer He

A repairman came to my home last Tuesday, February 26th to repair my washer. He had to order the part since he didn't have it on his truck and informed me he would be back a week from that day. He said a week out is the earliest Sears would allow him to schedule. He said if the part arrived to my home earlier than the appointment, call and see if any earlier dates were available. I called Saturday when the part arrived and he said no appointments were available before Tuesday. So around 3 pm today I call to see what time he is arriving at which time I'm told my appointment is THURSDAY. I'm not sure who miscommunicated the days but I took off work for today and the last I checked there are 7 days in a week not 9. I know he told me today. No one in customer service got me an appointment for today or tomorrow. Now I'm expected to take off again! This isn't the only issue I've had with this repair appt in which a representative discounted me a crappy $40. I booked an appointment with sears because I thought it was a professional reliable company. This is frustrating and the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. I would not recommend to my worst enemy and will not be using again.
