Sears washing machine service stinks - Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washing machine

Washer error F51 first received 8/9.1st service appointment 8/16 8A-5P; serviceman Wendell showed up at 4:45PM. Advised we needed 2 parts, only 1 on his truck, ordered the other and scheduled first available return visit 2nd service call 8/23 8AM-5PM. Different serviceman showed up at 5:45PM and didn't bother to replace part we ordered & waited on before he declared washer fixed and left at 6:30PM. Not 5 mins into the wash cycle I started at 6:35, we had the same F51 error message. Immediate call to customer service was cut off, called back to get another customer service rep who didn't speak English well but promised call back that nite.By 7:30PM I called again and spoke to a third and fourth person, who advised no one would call me back until Mon AM. Monday AM and no call back, so I called back again. Got cut off again - no surprise there! Got through again, after over an hour on the phone all I have is another service appointment because that is "all they can do" - like anyone believes that! Almost $500 paid for the service and 3 weeks later the washer is still broken. 3rd appointment now scheduled for first available return visit 8/31 8AM-5PM.
