I will never buy another Kenmore product! I bought a Sears Kenmore Elite dishwasher in early October. It quit working on July 26. I was unable to use anyone but a Sears repairman in order to get the part covered under the 2 year warranty. The repair man came to my house on July 30 and said that it did need a part but he would have to order it. He set up another appointment for August 13 and told me to call for an earlier appt. When the part came in. When the part arrived in the mail about a week later, I called Sears but was unable to get an earlier appt. Today is August 13 and the appt. Had been set for between 1 and 5 pm. I waited all afternoon for the repairman and he never arrived. When I finally called around 4:50 and again at 5:10, I was told that he had been overbooked and was not coming today but could come tomorrow between 8 am and noon. I am furious! The dishwasher should not have broken so soon and the Sears repair service is not reliable.
