I wanted them to lower my interest rate, and they said they could not. They raise my interest rate to 19.90% without telling me. I closed my account and paid mostof my account off, then they charge me a Capitalpay Transactionfee. I tried calling a few times and would get someone on the phone who did not speak good english and could not understand what he was trying to tell me. I am so stressed over this. I don't think they should get away with this.
