When I first got the printer, it didn't work. Spent 3 hrs on phone with service dept. Still didnt work. Then I hired a pro who spent 4 hours on phone with HP and got it to work (I paid the pro). Now it will not do what its supposed to do. I have phoned, corresponded e-mail (at least 4 times) to no avail. Now HP won't even acknowledge my e-mails.
