Bought a HP printer (Officejet 4500) about eight months ago. From the first day this machine has had glitches that are irritating to say the least. It constantly says that there's a paper jam, that the ink cartridges are out of ink when there not. It won't fax without jamming the paper. You can fax one paper at a time from the glass. Besides all the error messages that keep popping up on the computer screen, It has used up reams of paper sending error messages.
I own a small business and I expect things like computers and printers to work reasonably well. I do not want myself or anyone who works for me to be working on junk machines while they could be doing those things that are productive.
So, I will not be purchasing any more HP products in the future. And for sure, I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.
P.S. Before the current printer, I purchased a very expensive HP printer, it lasted about two years, then all, of sudden it quit too.
