I bought a HP Officejet J4540 All in one printer fax in December at first it worked fine, Now when I go to print It seems like it is trying to print but it never do. I talked to about 8 tech support on the hp support web site, each person telling me what to do. I tried every thing that they emailed and told me and it still do not work. I took the printer back to the store where I bought it and the worker looked at it in the Electronics dept He also fix computers and printers and after looking at the printer he told me it seems like a malfunction in the printer. Even one of the hp support staff I talked to said the same thing. I keep asking where can I take the printer to get replace or for hp to send me another one, but each time I email support they keep giving me trouble shoot information. I tried every thing that they been telling me to do and it still dont work. I will never buy from Hp again. I thought Hewlett-Packard Company was a name I could trust but I see that it is not... So be careful before buying from here
