On 11-21-99 my grandmother purchased an entire hewlett packard
pc system monitor, printer the works. The the next day i had to return the printer bad sensor (purchased at circuit city) when i got that one home the printing was terrible, but because i'm a newcomer to the pc world i thought it was me (not).
In january on 00 my pc crashed. Come to find out it was the pc faulty (failed rockwell) i had to send the pc in for repair's. So im up and running again ready to tackle the printer thing again, and guess what my printer's a lemon too. Called hp (hewlett packard) and guess what they are sending me a replacement printer not a new one not the one i purchased.
This is what they told me " there isn't a thing we can do about the trouble you have had, but we will send u three 30 min. Pre-paid calling card's for the phone call's u have had to make". Then in return they gave me a 1-800# and a 1-900#.in which one was out of service and the other u couldn't us if it's long distance.
