I bought a new Hewlet Packard HP Officejet 6500A All in one printer and have a lot of problems with importing memory cards from camera to computer. I have done it before but it does not work all the time. I have tried their support but you have to pay to talk to a tech and after buying the new printer why should I have to pay tech for support? That is not right!!! I have tried to go to their manuals and other ways. This is a pain and very very aggravating. All I want is for someone to help me figure what is out with this printer. I had another HP all in one before this one and it worked so good importing memory cards but I think THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HEWLET PACKARD PRODUCT. I will buy from someone that backs up their product with help. And I will tell everyone I know about Hewlett Packard products.
