My son saved up money to order some airsoft guns for his birthday. He found some he liked on Speedytoys.com. I never thought to check on the company before we ordered from them. I placed the order on 3/30/08 and have not received the guns nor received a refund. I got one email from someone after leaving 15 messages and 10 emails. They said my guns were out of stock and I could either pick new ones or get a refund. I requested a refund but still not heard anything from the company. Use hobbytron.com if you are looking for good merchandise and excellent customer service. Shame on speedytoys.com for stealing a 10 year old boys birthday money!!!
