My sons ordered airsoft guns from Hobbytron.com. For $50.00 each, I didn't expect that they would receive the greatest quality item... But, I did expect that they would last longer than 2 days. Here we are two days later and BOTH of the guns have broken.
The company that made the guns enclosed no type of information to contact them, no type of warranty card or anything to troubleshoot the item. The instructions were in Chinese and English and very difficult to follow. Hobbytron.com basically has a no return policy. If you open the item, your only recourse is to deal with the manufacturer.in our case, there seems to be no website or contact information on this Chinese item. Even if you only open the item, look at it and decide to return it... You can't. Hobbytron takes nothing back.
Last, BE AWARE that if you try to do a chargeback on your credit card for the junk you purchase from Hobbytron; YOU will incur a $50 administrative charge by Hobbytron for each chargeback. Their live custom support is never working. Telephone calls to the comapny will get you nowhere and email is never answered. It appears that they are aware they are selling JUNK, so when they get your money it is a done deal!!!
Buy the item somewhere that your are sure you can get your money back if the item breaks or you don't like it as soon as your receive. Even if you have to pay a little more; it will be money well spent.
