First of all let me tell you that hobbytron is a scam. I ordered some airsoft guns, bbs, and belts (to hold the airsoft while playing) for my brothers Birthday. Btw his birthday was July 24.
The products i recieved were not what i ordered. And by that i mean that what i thought i bought on the website is not what i got when i looked at the box. AND Then! When i look at the box and it says laser sight and has the stickers hiding the fps i open the box and it doesnt have the laser sight or anything.
I first thought it was a accident on the print. So i go outside and try to shoot one bullet. When i pull it back to cock it that was a pain in its self. Took me 5 minutes to pull it back because it got stuck. I try to fire it and it shoots. So i try another. The first one flies out of my barrel and the second one goes out of my barrel and goes about 10 inches.
So i try to call them and email them and contact their online support. I got nothing. They were always "offline." so i go ahead and make a dispute to BBB and i get a response not responding to my dispute at all. They say they are online and able to help. And will guarantee a working item or a replacement.
Well i do not want a replacement anymore the items are junk and. And to offset it i purchased a airsoft gun forr my brothers birthday at Dick's. I was talking to them and they told me it was ILLEGAL to ship airsoft or paintball guns to nc. I did research on that and what do you know? They were right.!
So now i have a broken gun which just sits in my room now. And a company refusing to refund me my purchase. So now im going to dispute it with the credit card company since its not working.
I have also contacted the city Attorney in San Fernando about hobbytrons practices. And hopefully the BBB will decide what to do upon the rebuttal i sent toward them
