I bought 2 airsoft weapons for my boy for Holiday. I invested lots of cash on a single of the weapons. Another one was reasonably priced. One weapon never worked (the cheaper one) and also the additional chance one period after which ceased operating (the initial time). I completed the RMA request to return the weapons (I just desired operating types delivered - I had beennot requesting my cash back). After many weeks, I obtained an email stating my RMA was refused since we did not follow the instructions that included the weapons. Which was completely fake. Our boy is 12 and incredibly accountable together with his weapons.
I tried e mailing numerous occasions. I tried calling, simply to be informed to call-back during regular business hours (it had been 1:00 within the morning). There is no choice to keep a note. I eventually sent the organization and also have had no reaction. I invested lots of cash on these weapons (1/2 of my boyis Holiday cash visited that organization). He's really annoyed he has nothing to perform with, and that I do not have the cash to displace them at the moment without a reimbursement from hobbytron.com.
A business that will not exchange faulty items is wholly fradulent.
