I have filed a complient form regarding the court ordered child support payments from the non-custodial fathers who manipulate the system to avoid payments on time. I have two non-custodial fathers for each of my sons who are court ordered to pay child support. When the child support does not come on time in certain months, It puts me and my son's through hell.
It cause economic hardship on me and my sons. My son's were going hungry, need money to go to the landromat, I wanted to buy new clothes for my kids, and keep a roof over their heads. When the child support payments don't come in certain months, It set me up to fail that it cost me more money and put me at risk of legal problems.
Duing the Holiday season was miserable. My youngest sons father who owes over 14k in rears in child support, was court ordered to pay 370.00 plus 130.00 a month. It took approximatle three years to catch up with Deric's Father. I left deric's father alone along 7 years ago because he was abusive and corruptive who had no respect for me as a woman or a person. He got me pregnant against my consent, by manipulating me to have sex without protection. He was the type of dudes that get women pregant and abandon them. He lied and contradict that I will not get pregnant, told me to be careful because he is potent just control yourself. I dated him for a week.
There were other things I saw in him was not good. Deric's father took advatage of me in all kinds of ways. He tried to legally put me in jepordy, tried to use me as his fall guy. He lied about his drug activity and just by looking at him, I could tell he was high on drugs. He wore the same clothes everyday, that he live in a Hotel suite. He lied about his job a manager who owns a jewlery store and a manager at mc donalds restuant. I never seen his store and he never told me the name. All I see he was a manager at Mc Donalds restuant who was being suspected of stealing money out of the cash register. He was not concerned about my welfare at all nor though about my best interest.
I could have lost everything behind deric's father. I could have lost my kids, I could have been evicted, lost my car and went to jail because of something he did behind my back.
The night before I really found out about Deric's father, I looked in his back pack and found marijana in his back pack and pamplets on narcotics while he was in the bathroom. The next morning before getting ready for work, was playing mind games with me. He send me to the store, had me wash his pants, and said he had a dentist appointment. Then he wanted me to take hime to his hotel suit. I did not have time to do all that because I had to get ready for work.indicated he was trying to prevent me from working. It took a third party to found out what he was trying to do to me and my family.
That thing L. Franklin was working against me, and trying to legally jepordize me. This low-life franklin tried to set me up to fail in the legal system by smuggling drugs in my home against my consent.
He left a bag on marijana on top of my refrigerator, and left a joint in the passenger side of my car. Then told me to drive him to Mc Donalds and said to wait in the car he will be out in a minute, He stayed inside a long time. There was a female co-worker who was getting suspiciouse of him. She told me to leave him alone becuase he is bad business. He is trying to set you up.
He have not repect for you. She saw him drop narcotics in the trash can.
This guy was sitting inside the restuant eating his breakfast while we were waiting for him in the car. He was in the car for a half an hour. It was a good thing I never gave him my phone number at work. Because he my cause me problems at work and I would end up fired. I went back inside Mc donalds to tell him to come on and I was running late for work. This Low-life smuggled a tray from Mc Donalds restuant and layed it in the back seat of my car.
During the time we took him to the health clinic. He was eating in my face and questioning my parent abilities. When was the last time I took my kids to the dentist, and did I leave something on the stove at home so I can turn around. The female co-worker asked him what is the name of his jewlery store, He said Sinclair, that was a name for a gas station. This low-life trashed up the back seat of my car and left the Mc Donald tray there.
Then I eventually had to turn around and go back home because he tried to set me up to go to jail for him. Come to think about it, He problably know I was pregnant at the time. After we came home we returned the tray back to Mc Donalds restuant, and the girl who was with me walked in and explained to them it was not my fault. It was him who was doing this to me.
We went home and checked my car. We found a bag of marianja and a joint on top of my refrigerator. That could had put me and my kids in jepordy.
It was hard for me to find the guy. He told me that day he was off.
I grabbed all his belonging and took it up to his job and spoke to the day shift manager about his activities and I did not want him back at my house no more. Come to find out Deric's Father lied on his application on place of residence. He was receiving calls that he was stealing money out the cash register but he denied the allegations. That he use to go in the bathroom and smoke pot and come out high.
Fianally I got back home and called his hotel suite and come to found out he changed room numbers so I cant find him. When I caught up with him, He was coldly said, " How did you find me?" and what did you want!' I said to him: " It is over.." I told hime he was a liar, and he lied about his name, his job at the jewlery store as a manager, and about his drup habits. Then I said you tried to get me in trouble for something you did behind my back. I told him to stay away from me, my car, my kids and my home. Then he said, You was the one who rushed me out of macDonalds. I said you tried to get me in trouble with authories that. Then he cursed me and hung up.
The low-life got me pregnant aganst my consent. Three months later I was having morining sickness. And foung out I was 12 weeks pregnant with Deric. I called his old job and he no longer worked at Mc donalds that he was terminated for stealing money out the cash register. The worked at Churches Chicken up the street on chipowa. I was trying to get his social security number so I can turn him in for child support.
Then it was one friday evening he popped up at my door step and left a note on the door to call him. I called him to let him know that i am pregnant and he will have to pay child support. Then He said, I will pay child support but if you go to the courts you will not get much. It was a long proceess and he can work around it. I can work under the table and use differnt social security numbers. He browbeated me into agreeing not the go the courts to file paper work against him for child support. Said if I went to the court he will dodge the system and turn around take the baby and you will pay child support.
Asked me why dont i be like his other girlfriend, they dont file Child support papers against me. All they said that Giovonnie I need milk and dipers. He said he loved me and wanted to make me smile again bcause I told him about my hurt from ex-husband and relatives. I asked him what does he do for a living, he just only said that he was a manager at a restuant. Then when I was trying to get more information from L. Franklin, He was being defendsive and threatning to leave. So I said, Peace out!'
Then one day I called a woman anwered the phone. I told him not to come to my house again because he's a liar. He was stalking my house when I was at work and asking my older children what time do i get off work. Making harassing phone calls. He was calling and hanging up the phone in my face. Making threatning calls on my answering machine. That He can hire an expensive attorney and sue me for child custody and have me go the psychatric observation if I go to the courts for child support.
Made threats to get all my kids taken away from me if I go file child support charges against him. Then he was phone stalking me said he was in london. Tried to file a restraining order against him to stay away, but was told I need his address and he refuse to tell me where was he staying or calling from. Papers was sent against him for child support, and he was arguing with his woman.
Back in 2002 tried to file child support papers gainst Louis franklin the low-life. Papers was sent to his job at Chrisler plymouth in Louisiana that his wages was to be garnished and was ordered to pay medical support. Called the worker at child support enforcement, found out he no longer work at christler plymouth. I called ferguson police and went to court they only set a warrent out for him. The only time he get caught is if he is being pulled over. It was in 2003 still have not recived child support from l franklin.
The missouri child suppport turned it over to Louissiana DA office. They did not do very much but told me he jumps from one car dealer ship to the other working for cash under the table. I went to the St. Louis Prosecution attoney's office to file child support charges against him. They finally caught him. The low-life hired an attorney and posted bail.
They said he was relaeased from custody for good time behavoir. I wanted him locked up bacuse he took advantage of me.
