This is the leading cause of child poverty and puts single mothers at risk. That's a shame who the child support enforcement system who is suppose to be on our side to go after Dead Beat Dads like Deric's Father Louis Giovonni Franklin, and I am being browbeat for depending on the money that is court ordered. They love to keep single mom's poor... It gave me the impression that the child support enforcement works against us instead of helping, they work together to keep us poor by not doing their jobs. The missour Child support enforcement sure have an easy job... All we are being told is to go back on welfare. That is a big joke...
It cost the custodial parent more money when the non custodial parents skip months and double up the next month. They can even be on probation for crimianl non child support. This Father name is Louis Franklin who is the father of my son Deric who is 7 years old. He never seen my son since birth.
I really don't want to have anything to do with him because he is nothing but trouble. He tried to destoy me and get me caught up in some mess i couldn't get out of. What that low-life dirt bag done to me was worse than killing me.
And I hate him... He took advantage of my situation and I trusted this low-life. I even made it clear to the courts that I don't want him to know where I live because he is controlling and abusive. It took me three years to track him down for child support because he got me pregnant against my consent.
Now this Low-life is on probation for felony child support owing over 14k in rears, he is playing on the system and using the child support payments to control and abuse me. This started last year in the month of june or july. The low-life dead beat father had three probation officers that i contacted who are seem to cover up for them. The first probation officer was m. Goward. I called her and she treated me like dirt on the phone.
I have contacted his probation officer that he is missing his court ordered child support payments. Her response was they can't take action until he is two months behind. Half of the times the probation officers hand up the phone in your face, and talk to you like a dog. The she filed a probation violation against him with the courts. Then he paid in september. Then Louis stoppped in October. Then double up two months later.
My son have special needs and recieving Ssi. I am constantly sticking my head out to report this income, i recieve overpayment notices from ssi. That is psychological and economic abuse. During the whole time this is going on, The probation officer refuse to take my calls, or she hangs up the phone when i catch her regarding the child support payments. The second probation officer was evans, During the whole month of july, he skipped a child support payments. When I call his probation officer, they avoid my phone calls, they are rude on the phone sometimes and hand up the phone in my face. Here I am behind on my bills, kids going hungry, need money to for laundry, getting utility shut off notices and being forced the borrow money from other people.
The probation officers lied said that he was is jail. The last one told me sent a child support payment in the beginning of january. Called the missouri child support enforcement hotline. The recording state the last payment for 500.00 was recieved on december. I hears stories the missouri child support enforcement have a reputation of deliberatle withholding child support payments from the custodial parent the make them suffer for asking for their money. I called to the supervisors in the probation department who is to monitor dead beat fathers, they don't take me seriosuly. Called the prosecuting attorney's office, was told they only take action if he is two months behind.
I request the prosecuting attorney to just throw him in jail because he caused economic hardship and emotion stress. When he went back to court for skipping months in child support payments. I was hoping they locked him up this time. They extended his probation... Then he missed the whole month of july. During the whole time this was going on, I was forced to go to my church for rental assistance. And utilities. That interfere with my independce and his motive is to set me up to fail by using child support payments as leverage to control and abuse me. Many times the child support enforcement have sent verification of employment to deric's Fathers job.
Then when I called back the missouri child support enforcement said he no longer work at the company. They sent a wage garnishment order then he stop working and skip jobs. The worst kind of domestic violence out of he abuse catagory is ecomomic abuse... It hurts you mentall, phycially and emotionally.
